The Contracting Authority Is Seeking To Appoint A Single Economic Operator (Contractor) To Provide A Multi-Disciplinary Range Of Planned And Reactive Maintenance Services, Including Out Of Hours Response (Operating 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year) Across The Northern Ireland Prison Estate

Renewal Options

The contract will be for an initial 4 year period with a possible 3 year extension (to a maximum of 7 years) at the Clients Discretion and subject to satisfactory quality and cost performance. The decision on the renewal will be notified to the Contractor prior to the expiry of the initial 4 year term
