Carrying out supply and installation of various insulation works involving Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI), External Wall Insulation (EWI), Loft and Underfloor, and Insulated and Decorative Cladding Systems to Domestic Properties, Offices and Commercial Property. Removing existing heating systems and replacing with; Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery System (MVHR) Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) Solar PV and Solar Thermal Systems with Battery Storage Electric Vehicle Charging Biomass and District Heating Systems Wind Turbines New and Emerging Technology

2 Preservation Services

Carrying out works and services such as addressing; dampness, condensation, waterproofing, dry rot, wet rot, woodworm, concrete and stone repair, timber repair, fire/flood/storm repair, and Domestic Properties, Offices, and Commercial Property.

3 Roofing

Carry out roof reactive repairs and full planned replacements on Domestic Properties, Offices, and Commercial Property. This will cover all property architypes and roof types. Types of roofing will include Tiled, Slate, Metal Profile, Decra and Flat Roof Coverings and Insulation Systems.

4 Windows and Doors
  • Value: £2M

Survey, supply and installation of Doors, Door sets and Accessories (GRP, uPVC, Timber, Steel, and FD30/60 etc.) Survey supply and installation of Windows and Accessories (D/G, T/G, Timber, uPVC, Sash and Case etc.) including roof (Velux etc) and secondary glazing. This will cover Domestic Properties, Offices, and Commercial Property.

5 Render

Carry our repairs and undertake complete façade projects for Domestic Properties, Offices, and Commercial Property covering Roughcasting, Dry Dash, Wet Dash Render Systems, Insulated Render Systems, Chimney Repair and Removal, Rainwater and SVP Pipework. And all associated Ancillary Works.

6 Electrical
  • Value: £500K

Domestic Heating Systems (Electric etc.) Commercial Heating Systems (Electric etc.) Electrical Rewires (Full / Partial) and Lighting Upgrades Detection Equipment, Security Systems, Communal Satellite & TV Systems and associated Works. Service, Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning as required.
