Creation of a Dynamic Purchasing System for Estate Management Services.

1 Groundworks
  • Value: £250K

Contractors who specialise in carrying out demolition and site clearance, as well as ground works, drainage, and associated works. This may include infrastructure; roads, carparks, and footpaths from either a repair or maintenance aspect.
2 Tree Work
  • Value: £300K

Services required include full tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding. Additional works may include site clearance and ground preparation to enable construction work on domestic properties, offices, or commercial buildings.
3 Landscaping
  • Value: £250K

Hard and soft landscaping services, along with grounds maintenance of common areas surrounding domestic properties, offices, and commercial property.
4 Asbestos Removal

Asbestos Services including carrying out surveys, organising testing, and then then the removal thereof in domestic properties, offices, and commercial property.
