Description

The Council is seeking the provision of services to manage, treat and dispose of residual municipal and bulky waste in a safe, responsible and compliant manner, which excludes landfilling from 1 January 2026.

Total Quantity or Scope

For the treatment of residual non-recyclable municipal waste arising from the Council’s kerbside domestic and commercial grey bin collection service, and bulky non-recyclable waste arising from the Councils 3 Household Waste Recycling Centres and Special Uplift collection service.

Renewal Options

Option to extend a further 3 years and a further 2 years making total contract of 15 years

We encourage proposals which specifically target and benefit those areas identified with our Locality Action Plans –Bannockburn and Hillpark, Cornton, Cowie, Fallin, Mercat Cross & City Centre, Plean, Raploch and St. Ninians.
