Brief Description of Requirement UK SBS is looking to redesign and replace its website to ensure it is in line with emerging strategic direction and to ensure it reflects its vision, mission, values, behaviours, and culture as the company is today, and for maximizing its future opportunities. This will support and build UK SBS's reputation as a modern and valued public sector business services provider, delivering high quality shared services with the customer at its centre. The website should be central to engage/ influence a range of audiences including government decision makers for Whitehall departments and their Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs)s and potential employees. UK SBS are in a period of significant change and is drafting a new strategic narrative that will effectively position itself as the leading shared services provider in the public sector by 2025. - Phase 1- Initial build: Website production and content development (front end and hosting set up) - - A new website planned and delivered with the new supplier within 6 months (phase 1). - MVP website to be live in September 2023 but welcome recommendations on the earliest go live and the dependencies required from UK SBS. - Duration: 1 year - Phase 2 (Optional): Continued hosting, maintenance (back end) remainder of the contract duration to include: - Ongoing maintenance providing long term hosting - Updates, patches, upgrades, backups service - Technical support for the platform - Limited number of days for additional creative consultancy / site edits over a 2-year period - Optional Phase 2 duration: 1 year Maximum Contract length (including phase 1 and phase 2) will be 2 years. Note: Maximum value for Phase 1 will be £50,000. Any bids received that exceed that will not be evaluated further. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
