Description

Project Management support is required to deliver multiple development projects through to 2025. Winning supplier(s) will provide the resources necessary to plan, procure and deliver construction works as instructed by LLA to enable the delivery of a portfolio of major and minor projects over the next 5 years. The contract will be a ?0 value framework for a period of 3 years with options to extend for a further 2 years. The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out. Bidders may submit pricing for either or both lots. LLAO reserve the right to award to one or both lots and to source outside of the framework if the business requires further competition.

Lot 1 Project Management This will be awarded up to four separate bidders. Contracts on Lot 1 will be awarded based on mini competition or direct award using rates submitted and or capacity at the discretion of LLAO. Lot 2 Retail Fit Out Projects - Design Guardian & Project Management "End-to-End" Concessionaire Design Guardianship and Project Management of retail fit-out projects. This will be awarded up to two separate bidders. Contracts on Lot 2 will be awarded based on mini competition or direct award using rates submitted and or capacity at the discretion of LLAO. Bidders are required to provide "day rates" based on an 8 hour working day for a number of lots. Expenses are to be included within the percentage mark up, to be proposed by bidders, which will be added to the role rates. The financial element will be evaluated based on a blended rate of all the professional roles. This is detailed within the pricing schedule for bidders to submit their costs. Once awarded, the winning bidders will be presented with a scope of works of which they will be required to provide a total fixed cost utilising the agreed day rates and percentage mark up.
