Description

The Founder Authorities named in this Prior Information Notice wish to establish a multi-provider framework agreement for Integrated Service Providers and Member Data Services to be available to all LGPS Funds and other bodies.

Lot Division

1 Integrated Service Providers (ISP)

To deliver a fully compliant, functional ISP solution for connection to the pension dashboard eco system, primarily for the LGPS, to fulfill their pensions dashboard regulatory obligations.

2 Address Tracing and Correction Services

To provide address tracing and correction services .

3 Mortality Screening Services

To provide mortality screening services including: Mortality screening for all or a subset of scheme members and indicative confidence of match and data source.

4 Overseas Address Tracing and Correction Services

To provide overseas scheme member verification services.

5 Overseas Mortality Screening Services

To provide overseas Mortality Screening services for all or a subset of overseas scheme members and indicative confidence of match and data source.

6 Bank Account Verification

To provide Bank Account Verification Services verifying members bank account details against the account holders' details.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This framework may also be used by: - any LGPS administering authorities as defined in the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/2356) (as amended) including the Firefighters' Pension Scheme and Police Pension Schemes and any of their participating employing authorities, or in relation to the LGPS in Scotland, any administering authority and any of their scheme employers as defined in the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/141) (as amended), - NILGOSC in Northern Ireland and employing authorities as defined in the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (SRNI 2014/188) (as amended), - the Board of the Pension Protection Fund (http://www.pensionprotectionfund.org.uk), - any other administering authority or scheme manager of a public-sector pension scheme or any public-sector body that requires pensions related services, and - any LGPS Fund(s) or groups of funds, or any bodies, organisations or companies established by them for the purpose of operating on a collective basis. The framework will be for a period of 4 years. However it may be agreed that call-offs can continue beyond the end of the framework. This procurement will be managed electronically via Norfolk County Council's e-procurement system.
