Description

The Authority published a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT), publication date 17th March 2023, reference number 2023/S 000-007906, to confirm it's intention to award a contract to continue to provide community services to its incumbent provider, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT). The purpose of this Corrigendum notice is to provide a correction to the VEAT notice published. Those corrections are: The total annual value of the proposed contract is £73,081,000 (excl. VAT). The total cumulative value of the proposed contract, including the optional 12 month extension, is £146,162,000 (excl. VAT). The original notice also set out that services would be provided within Hertfordshire, this is to confirm that some services will also be delivered within West Essex, across the Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB area.

The value of this contract excluding the extension is £58,713,119, £73,081,000, increasing to £117,426,238 £146,162,000 if extended by a further 12 months. The figure reflected in this notice is the total contract value including the option to extend by a further 12 months.
