Description

Essex County Council are considering moving to a fully managed payroll and pensions administration solution. The service will serve up to 8,200 ECC employees, all staff are processed on UK payroll according to UK legislation and paid in pounds sterling (£). On average, over the last 12 months, the payroll solution administered 8000 payslips each month operating on a 260-day processing schedule. (please note, this data is being provided for indicative purposes only). ECC currently has a Oracle Fusion solution in place. We are looking to engage the market to understand the landscape for managed payroll services and where Oracle Fusion has been deployed or integrated with.
