Description
Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration is restoring and repurposing the New River Head industrial heritage site as the national centre for illustration, including a home for Quentin Blake's archive. We have recently been awarded a Development Grant by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (also known as the Heritage Fund or NLHF). This will fund a programme of work to develop our understanding of costs, resources, timeline and audience needs, enabling us to develop our application to apply for a full grant of £2.5million towards the project. We are looking for a brilliant person or consultancy to produce a costed, three-year Activity Plan and separate Evaluation Framework (which may be sub-contracted), both meeting the Heritage Fund's requirements for a Delivery application. Currently the anticipated timescale is January to May 2023, for a late May second round submission to the Heritage Fund.
