Fusion21 has developed a Framework for the provision of painting, decorating and associated repairs services across public sector organisations. The Framework consists of four Lots: Lot 1- Social Housing Sector Lot 2- Education Sector Lot 3- Health Sector Lot 4- Wider Public Sector

1 Social Housing Sector

Scope of works for this lot include cyclical decoration, external decoration, internal decoration plus associated repairs to housing, accommodation, mixed developments (including mixed use, sheltered accommodation and flats) and offices

4 Wider Public Sector

Scope of works for this lot includes cyclical decoration, external decoration, internal decoration plus associated repairs for Wider Public Sector organisations. Examples of the types of building's that would require works (but not limited to) range from civic buildings (council, town halls, courts), office buildings and mixed use, retail (including markets and shopping centres), exhibition space (including museums, planetarium), libraries (including record offices and archives), theatres (including conference halls, concert halls and cinemas), community centres (including youth clubs and visitor centres) and sports and recreation centres (including leisure centres, stadiums, racecourses, pools), fire stations and offices, police stations and offices, ambulance stations and offices, emergency call handling centres.
