Description

The purpose of this Soft Market Test is to identify contractors with PAS2030/MCS accreditation, who have the capacity to deliver the required works. Full details of the intended exercise can be found in the Soft Market response document.

Total Quantity or Scope

Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing and Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) with the intention of going out to tender for retrofit works at its Kirk Street site in Liverpool. This soft market test is designed to assist Torus prior to going out to tender. Please see attached documentation for full details of the project.
