Description
The authority is seeking an organisation to supply and install a portfolio of PV systems on a power purchase agreement type arrangement on council owned buildings within Pembrokeshire. This will be at no cost to the Authority. The buildings will primarily be schools and leisure centres but other building types may be included in the portfolio.

The Community Benefits included in this contract are: It is expected that the provider shall actively engage with the users of the building onto which the systems have been installed. For instance in the case of schools the provider shall be expected to: Engage the pupils in educational activities related to energy generation and use, emissions and climate issues and other eco related issues. Organise trips and or events that will educate the children in aspects of energy (WA Ref:130622) The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia.
