Description

The Hyde Group (THG) is seeking to commission the services of suitable contractors for the provision of Gas and alternative heating servicing and maintenance/metering and billing services across our geographical areas of operation. Hyde wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of these services. The framework will comprise of 8 Lots. Please refer to the Main Section B Document for full description and the Appendix C range of documents for the scope of requirements and specifications. The Appendix D range of documents sets out the KPI's/SLA and accreditation and qualification requirements.
