Require the support in delivering provide Emotional Intelligence Testing and feedback for trainees across the East of England referred to the Professional Support and Well-being Service (PSW) with the aim of supporting trainees in developing areas of their own emotional intelligence. The Professional Support & Well-being Service (PSW) recognise that emotional intelligence tests and EQi tests can provide trainees with important information that can assist with their own self -management and self-development.
