This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential for a Flooring Supplies and Services framework to service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole.

Lot Division

1 Contract and Domestic Flooring

The CPC wishes to make available to participating public sector bodies a comprehensive range of flooring supplies and services. The participating public sector bodies require the supply of a broad range of flooring supplies and associated services. The supplies and services within this lot include but are not limited to: — contract and domestic grade carpets supply and fit, — wood flooring (including sports flooring) supply and fit, — sprung sports flooring, — vinyl flooring supply and fit, — entrance matting, — carpet tiles supply and fit, — heritage flooring repair and maintenance, — tiled flooring supply and fit, — resin flooring supply and fit.
2 Sports Sprung Flooring

The CPC wishes to make available to participating public sector bodies a comprehensive range of sports sprung flooring supplies. This lot not only includes the supply of sports sprung flooring but also the planning and design of flooring solutions and the installation and after sales support required.

The CPC wishes to go to market for such a framework and to this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage, through its procurement partners Dukefield Procurement Limited, to discuss the forthcoming framework's: design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who may wish to engage with us. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The Early Market Engagement is a valuable opportunity for suppliers to find out more about CPC and the needs of its membership, whilst inputting into the design and specification of this important framework. The CPC is seeking to engage with organisations to understand the market and thus deliver a successful framework for CPC Members and the wider public sector as a whole and therefore suppliers wishing to engage with CPC should email its’ procurement partner Dukefield Procurement Limited at holly.ashworth@dukefieldprocurement.co.uk detailing your company name, the name of the person wishing to engage on behalf of your company and their contact details. Please contact us before the 1st May 2023 with this information. Thereafter, discussions will be held with interested suppliers on an individual basis and will be used to help shape the framework requirements.
