The Courtlands development represents an exclusive 17 unit private sale development in Todds Green, Stevenage. Marshgate Ltd is the development company of Stevenage Borough Council, and is looking to procure an Estate Agent to proactively market and facilitate sales of the properties currently under construction at the site.
