Description

Expansion of the Flying Start childcare offer which is made available to parents of all eligible 2–3 year olds in specific postcode areas for up to a maximum of 12½ hours per week (2½ hours per day, Monday to Friday), for a maximum of 39 weeks of the year, in line with school terms. The Council is setting up this Flying Start Childcare Expansion Framework for local CIW registered Childcare Providers to supply childcare on a sessional basis as part of the Programme for Government Flying Start Childcare Expansion.
