Description

Lewisham council is seeking a suitably experienced provider to deliver supported accommodation for Care Leavers with support needs. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) Young Persons supported housing Pathway. The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for young people with support needs which aims to increase independence. The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with the LBL Children’s Social Care department and the LBL Housing department.

Total Quantity or Scope

It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 04/12/2023. This Contract is for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of a further two years extension, at the Council’s discretion. The maximum budget available for the delivery of this contract is £380,000 per annum, equating to £1,140,000 over the 3 year term, and £1,900,000 if the contract is extended for a further 2 years.
