The main aim of this exercise is to appoint a supplier that can support us in the legal debt recovery process when our recovery process has failed to recover. This needs to include a service to trace individuals and then take then through the legal process to be able to recover funds that are owed to the Departments. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
