Sunderland City Council wishes to undertake a Pre-Procurement Market Engagement exercise with suppliers in relation to the Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of a Digital Platform to support a range of functions to support the Citywide Social Prescribing Model. The aim of the digital platform is: - a joined up online solution which connects people to services, information, and their local communities, - providing a single source of quality assured services for residents to access and professionals to signpost to, which will support health and wellbeing outcomes, - aligning with the key priorities in relation to strengthening self-service, prevention, and early intervention support; and - the promotion of our Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) offer.
