This Market Sounding Briefing and Questionnaire (‘Market Sounding’), issued by High Speed Two (HS2) Limited (HS2 Ltd) seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to the procurement of Contracts relating to Phase One and Phase 2a for the supply of a Fleet of On-Track Machines to maintain HS2 infrastructure. As such, this PIN is to engage with the market in order to: a) Understand the extent and nature of the market for this requirement. b) Outline HS2 Ltd.’s draft technical requirements and outline procurement strategy.
