Sunderland City Council are looking to put in place a framework for the supply and delivery of bedding plants. All suppliers that pass the quality thresholds will obtain a place on the framework. This framework can be accessed by undertaking of a Further competition: Further Compeititon • inviting all suppliers listed on the framework to participate in a further competition. The Council intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities located in Sunderland
