Description

Peterborough City Council is looking to commission a suitable supplier to deliver a comprehensive Audio Visual and Music Management System at its busy crematorium chapel.

Total Quantity or Scope

Peterborough City Council Bereavement Services, who hold the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management (ICCM) Gold Charter Status for both its cremation and burial services, are undertaking a detailed review of the provision and delivery of Audio Visual and Digital Music at Peterborough Crematorium. The Council is looking to commission a suitable supplier to deliver a comprehensive Audio Visual and Music Management System at its busy crematorium chapel. The contract will be for an initial 3-year period, with the option of two extensions of one year each, and it is expected to commence 1 August 2023.

Renewal Options

The option of two extensions of one year each to be activated at the Council's sole discretion.
