Other Information

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** During the lifetime of the contract additional funding may be made available to the Council to enhance the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser element of the Service. This is subject to an annual funding agreement with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (“WYCA”) of approximately £25,000 for each applicable 12-month period. The additional funding is subject to funding allocation being awarded year on year and is not guaranteed. If additional funding is received from WYCA, the Council reserves the right (by agreement with the successful tenderer) to vary the contract to enhance the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser element of the Service. The Authority does not anticipate that any increase in price attributable to any such variation would exceed £25,000 per annum. An additional £125,000 (£25,000 per year over five years) has been factored into the estimated total value in this Contract Notice to cover any potential variations due to the receipt of additional funding.
