Description

Trust is seeking to appoint contractors to provide grounds maintenance services to sheltered housing development locations throughout mainland Scotland. The grounds maintenance services will include works on grassed areas, shrubs, hedges, trees, hard landscaped areas, gravel areas as well as litter and leaf removal. The grounds maintenance services will include works on grassed areas, shrubs, hedges, trees, hard landscaped areas, gravel areas as well as litter and leaf removal. The framework is split into 8 Lots based on geographical location to cover Trust’s Scotland-wide development portfolio including the Highlands, Borders and the Isle of Arran. The intention is for a single contractor to be appointed on each lot with the other ranked bidders retained as back-up options.
