In summary, this Invitation to Quote is for the development of a scheme of work to enable maths to be taught to adult learners using a maths mastery approach, such as that used by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM). This will allow us to test whether a mastery approach could lead to improved adult learner outcomes.
