The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has a requirement for the collation, checking and distribution of worldwide Cost of Living and Hardship information. The data gathered in this exercise is used to calculate the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and Hardship element of Diplomatic Service Allowance (DSA) that the FCDO provides to its staff serving overseas.

The current Hardship and Cost of Living Data Processing & Provision contract will expire on 14 April 2024. We will be holding a virtual supplier engagement session on 1000-1300, Wednesday 21 June 2023, on Microsoft Teams. This session will cover the policy, requirement, commercial aspects, and indicative procurement timeline, and will be followed by a Q&A session and buyer/supplier 1-1s. This virtual supplier engagement session will be for a maximum of 2 attendees per supplier.
