Description
The University of Stirling is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the fabric repairs and internal refurbishment of Muirhead House. The building fabric repair works comprise the replacement of the roof finish and windows, together with installation of cavity insulation and solar panels. Internally, the building will receive new flooring and decoration throughout, replacement of the fire alarm and bedroom fitments. Optional works to be priced include replacement kitchen and bathroom fitments.

Optional works to be priced include replacement kitchen and bathroom fitments. Additional information: The 4.3M GBP estimated valuation includes an option for the replacement of the kitchen and bathrooms. The value of contract without this option is estimated at 3.4M GBP.
