Description

The Council is seeking to engage suitably experienced and competent Contractors, in the context of increased financial pressures, to carry out Fire Door Inspections, Remedials and Replacements for Housing and Property assets across the County of Powys. The Council’s aim is to award an individual contract for each lot. Lots for the Tender are as follows; - Lot 1 – North - Lot 2 – South Tenderers are able to submit a Tender for either Lot or both Lots. If bidding for both Lots Tenderers must have the capacity to undertake both Contracts simultaneously if successful in both Lots and must provide evidence of this in their Tender Response. Tenderers should note that each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.
