Research is being commissioned into the use of the Prosecutor Code and charge decision making.

Total Quantity or Scope

This project will explore and provide greater understanding of the way that prosecutors enact the Code and supporting guidance when determining whether to charge a suspect, and in particular the extent to which this facilitates consistency in decision making.
