Description

Removal of the Existing Lift Equipment and Modernisation of Hydraulic Lift Equipment or full lift replacement with new Machine Room Less (MRL) Traction Lift Equipment in Newmarket, Ipswich, Swaffham, Saxmundham and Lowestoft. Flagship Group plans to modernise the lifts but where better value is achieved for lift replacement, the full replacement will be undertaken. The final decision on which lifts will be fully replaced will be taken by Flagship Group.

Additional information: The lift modernisation or replacement must be completed by 31 March 2024. The maintenance must be provided for 12 months following the practical completion.
