Description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Medical Examination Gloves is divided into four (4) Lots. Bidders may submit tenders for a single Lot, a combination of the four (4) Lots or all Lots available. The scope of requirements are for both sterile and non-sterile gloves and includes but is not limited to, the following types: — 6N Nitrile Examination Gloves — Specialist Examination Gloves — Chemotherapy Gloves — Long Cuff Gloves — Gauntlet Gloves — 9N — Sterile Gloves — Accelerator Free Gloves — Vinyl Gloves — Latex Gloves Medical gloves must comply with the European Standard EN 455. This contract will be let for an initial 2 year term, with optional extensions to not exceed 4 years in total.

Lot Division

1 6N Nitrile Exam Gloves

The scope of Lot One comprises of 6N Nitrile Examination Gloves, which should be available in a range of sizes.
2 Specialist Examination Gloves

Lot two comprises of specialist exam gloves. The scope of this includes the following, which should be available in a range of sizes. — Chemotherapy Gloves, — Long Cuff Gloves, — Gauntlet Gloves, — 9N, — Sterile Gloves, — Accelerator Free Gloves.
3 Vinyl Gloves

The scope of Lot Three comprises of Vinyl Gloves, which should be available in a range of sizes.
4 Latex Gloves

The scope of Lot Four comprises of Latex Gloves, which should be available in a range of sizes.
