Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of bankruptcy/ insolvency services. Insolvency practitioners must communicate back and forth with Birmingham City council, which can result in many communications and resources being utilised. Therefore, this can result in inefficiencies being developed when supporting those going through an Individual Voluntary Arrangement. As such, the Council require a service that can remove avoidable communication, and thus increase the efficiency of our service. The requirements cover Platform/ System functions, Assessment and Identification of Vulnerability and Outcomes and Reporting. This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 17/07/2023 until 16/07/2026.
