Description
UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is planning to award a contract for the provision of works for a turnkey single stage design and build via a principal contractor for the installation of new fire hydrant storage tanks with fire pump kiosk at our Porton facility. Associated works will include: • Relocation of existing below ground services (subject to GPR survey). • Existing fence line and entrance gate relocation (scheme 2 only). • Lighting works associated with fencing and gate relocation (scheme 2 only). • Investigation and possible upgrading of incoming electrical supplies to the compound. • Connection of new tanks onto incoming Wessex MCWS. • Connection of new tanks and pump system into existing fire hydrant ring main. The procurement exercise will be conducted in two stages. Stage 1 - Confidential Disclosure Agreement: The first stage requires interested parties to sign a Confidential Disclosure Agreement. Once signed, parties will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage, which will have full tender details. Responses required by 1700hrs on 23rd June 2023 Stage 2 - ITT: This stage will include full tender details to allow parties to submit bids for the required work. Tender issue date: 3rd July 2023 Tender return date: 1700hrs on 21st July 2023
