The Open University ("OU") is informing the market of the intention to tender for the provision text-to-speech course materials . This Prior Information Notice ("PIN") is intended to gauge the interest of potential suppliers and request information from the market prior to commencing a procurement process. The OU is looking to review the way it delivers text-to-speech materials to our students. We are keen to understand the products that exist in this text-to-speech market to ensure we can provide our students with the best service possible. By doing this we aim to continue into a tender process to embed a new delivery model that also meets our students needs and also the technical and operational objectives.
