Description

A national multi-lot, multi supplier framework agreement for the supply of personal protective equipment and clothing including workwear, schoolwear and body armour. The scope of the framework encompasses 6 different lot categories which are procured via direct award or further competition. To tender:

Lot Division

1 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Clothing
  • Value: £17M

Tenders are invited for a national framework agreement allowing for the supply of a comprehensive range of PPE and Clothing including Workwear, Schoolwear and Body Armour. This particular lot is for PPE and clothing which includes but is not limited to: high visibility clothing, coveralls, helmets, eye and face shields, safety googles, masks, disposable respirators, wellingtons, waders, gloves, ear plugs and defenders, safety harnesses, protective footwear.

2 Corporate Workwear
  • Value: £17M

Tenders are invited for a national framework agreement allowing for the supply of a comprehensive range of PPE and Clothing including Workwear, Schoolwear and Body Armour. This particular lot is for corporate workwear which includes but is not limited to: t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, blouses, trousers, blazers, leggings, fleeces, ties, caps, hats, jackets and safety and non-safety footwear.

3 Healthcare Workwear
  • Value: £17M

Tenders are invited for a national framework agreement allowing for the supply of a comprehensive range of PPE and Clothing including Workwear, Schoolwear and Body Armour. This particular lot is for healthcare workwear which includes but is not limited to: full length dresses, maternity dresses, tunics, maternity tunics, shirts, trousers, scrub tops and trousers, clogs and patient pyjama tops and trousers.

4 Schoolwear
  • Value: £17M

Tenders are invited for a national framework agreement allowing for the supply of a comprehensive range of PPE and Clothing including Workwear, Schoolwear and Body Armour. This particular lot is for schoolwear which includes but is not limited to: t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, cardigans, fleeces, body warmer, blouses, blazers, shirts, ties, skirts, trousers, shorts, hoodies, laboratory coats, aprons and non-safety shoes.

5 Emergency Services Workwear (Firefighter / Police / Ambulance and Paramedic / Paramedic Cycle)

This particular lot is for emergency service workwear which includes but is not limited to: shirts, embroidered shirts, t-shirts, polo shirts, tunics, trousers, work rig trousers, combat trousers, skirts, jackets, fleeces, sweaters, pongees, joggers, shorts, coveralls, helmets, hats, caps, trainers and safety shoes, gloves, belts, ties, cravats, badges, high visibility clothing, vests, tactical vests, PCSO vests, kit bags, knee pads, waistcoats, epaulette sliders, thermal skull caps, cycle shoes, cycle trousers, cycle jackets, base layers.

6 Body Armour

Tenders are invited for a national framework agreement allowing for the supply of a comprehensive range of PPE and Clothing including Workwear, Schoolwear and Body Armour. This particular lot is for body armour which includes but is not limited to: waistcoat style body armour systems, tabard body armour system, ballistic plates and ballistic helmets.

Renewal Options

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated in Section II.1.5 includes the option period.
