Description

National Highways is conducting early market engagement on a new strategy for delivering transformation and change services in its business for up to 5 years from mid-2024 with an initial estimated value of £75 million. Where additional specialist knowledge and capabilities are needed, National Highways will require interface and joint working within the current or wider change and transformation marketplace. For example, joint working with Small to Medium size companies/Boutique firms who also carry out change and transformation consultancy will be encouraged.

A supplier engagement day will be held in London on 1 August 2023 to brief the market on the initial strategy and obtain feedback to develop the procurement route. We will allocate at least one space per interested supplier and allocate a second space subject to interest and venue capacity.
