** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is looking to conduct pre-tender market engagement with contractors interested in providing Chemical Supply & Application (Spraying) and Re-spacing services. The scope of work will include: 1. Chemical spraying – Supply & Application of designated derogated chemicals for the control of pests 2. Control of invasive weeds /grasses by application of derogated chemicals / motor manual methods 3. Cleaning and Re spacing of naturally regenerated crops As the provision of the contract will be throughout Wales, contractors operating across Wales are encouraged to get in touch to discuss the work and contract opportunities in their local areas. Contractor input is strongly encouraged, so NRW can put in place efficient procurement that works well for all parties. During this open pre-tender market engagement period contractors are invited to attend a face to face meeting and / or attend an online MS Teams meeting with NRW Procurement and project staff. Initial dates for events are as follows: 10th July 2023 - face to face appointments available to be booked between 10am and 3pm at Coed y Brenin Visitor Centre, Dolgefeiliau, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2HZ 17th July 2023 - individual online appointments via MS Teams are available for booking between 10am and 3pm We are looking to hold a further event to accommodate South Wales based contractors - date / time / location to be confirmed.
