Description

Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment of the ladies and gents toilet facilities at The Public Hall, 3-5 West Street, Liskeard. The works are to commence August 2023. You are required to provide your required contract period which will be entered into the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract under clause 2.2. The site may be inspected by arrangeent with Charlotte Kelshall of Le Page Architects on 01752 849880.
