Description
The Association strives to achieve value for money in all its activities including reactive and void repairs service and may include Medical Adaptations and adhoc major repairs works. The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at The Association’s individual discretion. It should be noted that Shettleston HA have an inhouse team of operatives (Upkeep) and this framework is to supplement the existing inhouse team. The estimated spend figure given on page 3 of this ITT is for the external contractors spend, the inhouse DLO spend is not included within this figure.

Renewal Options
The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at The Association’s individual discretion.
