The Derbyshire Independent Advocacy Service will provide a range of advocacy support to the people of Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) which includes: • A single point of access for advocacy referral and triage • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) • Non statutory IMHA in hospital settings for informal patients who have accessed, or likely to access, IMHA • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) including DoLS Relevant Person’s Representatives • Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) • Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA) • Non statutory Advocacy
