Description

West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) is a new Unitary authority that came into existence on Thursday, 1st April 2021 following the Northamptonshire Structural Changes Order 2019. This Expression of Interest (EOI) aims to inform the market of a potential opportunity and gather feedback regarding the requirement stated below: WNC seeks a Family Support Drug and Alcohol Service that will comprehensively assist family members and significant others affected by someone else's addiction. The service should cater to the specific needs of these individuals and offer interventions to improve their well-being. Provide a detailed description of the services to be offered, including counselling, psychoeducation, group support, referral to treatment programs, family therapy, and outreach initiatives. Emphasise the importance of adopting a holistic approach that considers the impact of addiction on the entire family system.
