NHS Nottingham & Nottinghamshire ICB is seeking suitably qualified and capable providers to deliver their Vasectomy Services via an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contractThe service will provide a quality and safe one or two stage vasectomy procedure under local anaesthetic in a primary care setting to all adult males who request it and are of sound mind, not acting under external duress and are registered with an NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire General Practitioner (GP) and that they are fully counselled as to the pros and cons of complications and reversibility.
