The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to replace the Air Sourced Heat Pumps and associated works at: Adelaide House, Perth Road, Hayes, UB4 9LW - 12 dwellings -, The heating plant room is located on the Ground Floor on the left-hand side of secure parking area. The Heating and Hot Water Services must be maintained during the replacement works. THE WORKS. The works shall include all the works described within the specification documents.
