Description
NHS South West London Integrated Care Board is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and capable Providers for the provision of 3 multi-disciplinary intermediate care rehab beds to serve the Boroughs of Merton and Wandsworth in South West London. The procurement is for 3 multi-disciplinary intermediate care rehab beds that will be provided from October 2023 through to the end of March 2024. The service must provide: • Multi-disciplinary rehabilitation of an intense and regular nature to allow for rapid discharge from the service back home (estimated maximum length of stay 2-3 weeks). • Be within easily commuting distance of Wandsworth and Merton to allow for visits from friends/families. • Have access to the appropriate equipment/facilities to undertake a programme of rehabilitation, predominantly with frail older adults. • Be able to accept people requiring assistance of two with care needs and bariatric patients.
