The provision of scenes of crime consumables under a national framework. The framework is available to use nationally by any public sector bodies in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, including primarily the Police and Emergency services and law enforcement agencies, and central government departments. The supply of these products is of paramount importance, some of which are business critical for forensic analysis and evidence collection.

Legal Justification

The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term. The Lead Authority shall be entitled to extend the Term for a further two periods of 12 months each but shall not last more than 4 years in total.
