Description

The Authority is looking for a number of Suppliers for the execution of Measured Term Contract for the minor building works consisting of new works, maintenance works and works of alteration and improvement to East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust’s properties. The Authority may require a number of projects under the contract, however, each of these projects shall not exceed £1M in value.

Renewal Options

Maximum of 2 renewals of 12 months each at the absolute discretion of the Authority

The Authority will award the contract for each lot based upon the most advantageous tender submitted. In the event that the same bidder achieves the highest overall score for both lots, that bidder will be required to confirm which lot they wish to be awarded. The remaining lot will then be awarded to the second placed bidder for that lot. LOT 4 (Electrical and Mechanical Works:One or more bidders may be awarded the LOT4
