Description

The services required by the contract both within occupied properties, void properties and communal areas, include but are not restricted to: - Routine maintenance and regular testing / inspection of all electrical installations (EICRs), emergency lighting, security systems (CCTV, door entry, etc), communal TV aerial systems, portable appliance testing and mechanical ventilation systems (including air conditioning), and lightning protection systems - Electrical day to day responsive repairs and full electrical rewires

Total Quantity or Scope

Worthing Homes are looking to procure a Contractor for the delivery of their electrical maintenance contract, which will include services and repairs within occupied properties, void properties, and communal areas. Full details of the properties and required services are included within the Tender Documents.

Renewal Options

It is intended that the contract will run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by Worthing Homes, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years. The total contract value in this notice is subject to review and therefore not guaranteed.
