Description

CHIC (the 'Authority') is procuring a 4-year Framework designed to allow specialist local and nationwide Kitchen suppliers with lots for the supply of Pre-assembled Kitchen units as set out in this Notice. The Framework created may be accessed by any of CHIC’s Members (Employers) and any Authorised Users. The requirements include the fabrication and supply of the above components (including distribution for others to install) with a separate Lot for Suppliers to supply and undertake fitting of Kitchen units and components in the main to New Build properties although will also under our member regeneration programmes may include projects that comprise both new build and an element of fully refurbished properties.

2 Kitchen Supply and Fit (New Build Property)

This lot facilitates nationwide specialist Kitchen suppliers to supply high level specification systems. The scope and structure of the lot includes the supply of pre-assembled (including adapted kitchens) and associated components supplied, distributed and installed by the chosen supplier when used on new build properties.

CHIC is procuring the Framework Agreement on behalf of all Authorised Users as described in the Framework Agreement. Call-off Contracts from the Framework Lots may be used to supply material to meet a range of construction needs across both Housing and other properties, including social and commercial premises.
